During my Christmas stay, I really liked the cozy and safe atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, with a grand mall right next door and a bus stop conveniently located just around the corner. This made it easy for me to explore the city and do some shopping. the staff was polite, helpful, and very nice, providing me with all the necessary information and assisting me with any questions I had.

On the downside, the breakfast at the hotel was just average and the area can get quite crowded, making it difficult to move around freely without bumping into other guests. Another disappointment was that the hotel did not provide any ironing facilities, inconvenient for me as I needed my clothes ironed for an important meeting.
